Kazmierczak, Henryk Antoni was born on March 2, 1951 in Poznan, Poland, Son of Jan and Joanna (Jezierska) Kazmierczak. Henryk Antoni Kazmierczak, Polish otolaryngologist, educator. He is the of Member American Academy Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Neurotology and Aequilibriometry Society, Evoked Response Audiometry Study Group. Degree, Medical Academy, Poznan, 1975. He served as a Assistant professor in University School Medical Science, Bydgoszcz, Poland, 1989-1998, Professor Poland, since 1998. He is an District consultant ear, nose and throat, Bydgoszcz, since 1995. Kazmierczak is a Member of American Academy Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Neurotology and Aequilibriometry Society, Evoked Response Audiometry Study Group and aslo a Contributor articles to professional journals
